By interacting with the Grapeline WhatsApp service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please note that Grapeline is currently in a testing (Beta) phase. The service is provided "as-is" for evaluation purposes and may contain bugs or experience downtime.

2. Right to Withdraw Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or withdraw access to the Grapeline service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This includes the right to revoke "Whitelist" status for any user.

3. Age Requirement

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (e.g., 18+ in the UK) to use Grapeline. We reserve the right to terminate access if we suspect a user is underage.

4. AI Disclaimer

Grapeline uses Artificial Intelligence. Recommendations are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally provide incorrect information. Always verify vintage details and allergen information independently.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

In accordance with UK GDPR, you have the right to access or erase your data. To delete your profile and wine history, message "DELETE" or email us at the address provided in our Meta developer profile.
