At Grapeline, we respect your privacy and provide you with total control over your data. In accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and UK GDPR, you can request the deletion of your data from our systems at any time.

How to Delete Your Data:

1. Via WhatsApp (Instant): Send a message to the Grapeline WhatsApp number with the single word: DELETE. Our system will recognize this command and automatically queue your user profile, thread history, and wine records for removal.

2. Via Email (Manual): If you prefer, you can send an email to hello@jetairplane.co with the subject line "Grapeline Data Deletion Request." Please include your WhatsApp phone number (in international format).

What Happens Next?

• Personal Identifiers: Your phone number, WhatsApp username, and thread IDs will be purged from our database.

• Wine History: All logged wine scans, ratings, and context notes associated with your number will be permanently deleted.

• Metadata: Any associated timestamps or message logs will be wiped.

Once processed (typically within 48 hours), this action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will receive a final confirmation message via WhatsApp once the deletion is complete.
